What inspired you to start your own business?

“In response to inquiries from local residents seeking horticultural guidance, there was a growing demand for advice on optimal plant selection, placement, and overall landscaping solutions. Questions regarding the ideal trees for specific locations and the amount of sunlight required for optimal growth are examples of the inquiries Katherine received.

After consulting, drawing up plans, and sourcing plant products for dozens of friends, family and neighbours Katherine launched Urban Green Design.

The business is dedicated crafting personalized outdoor spaces that meet each client’s personalized vision.”
