What inspired you to start your own business?
Farshid is the son of Iranian immigrants who moved to Canada when he was 18. Since then he has built a sincere conviction about the hope, promise and freedom that Canada offers. With a work ethic taught him by his hard-working parents, and a self-discipline built in part, Farshid believes he can help residents in Ontario to reduce legal disputes and act as a trusted advisor for you.

What helped you when working with BACD and how did it impact you and your business?
Honestly everything. BACD helped me to understand the business fundamentals better. They have done an amazing job helping small business entrepreneurs and I am lucky to work with BACD. BACD has the greatest staff who are willing to help you and make sure you are prepared for your new journey.

Tell us about the growth of your business. How many employees, locations etc?
I am proud to say that I have been able to help people since I started my business. The business is based in Durham region now however, I am planning to grow the business to become an agency which hires caring, competent paralegals who are able to help residents of Ontario in near future.

Social Media, In person networking events

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own business?
Do your research first! The idea of having your business is great but it requires dedication and patience. Ask questions from other small business owners, most people are happy to help you out.

Last but not least, if you want to have a successful business, have a great customer service skills!!
