Elisa is the Owner and Founder of Wild Willow Mac Co. Elisa has always found she needed to be passionate about what she does and macarons are all about passion. Every colour, every flavour, every design comes from the heart. Can you taste it?

After years of baking and sharing with family and friends, Elisa finally brought her macs out of our kitchen and into customers hands! Though macarons have a mind of their own, she loves coming up with new flavours and adding exciting textures inspired by seasonal flavours and favourite treats!
