HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR BUSINESS?
After working for some great organizations full time, I realized that my calling was in entrepreneurship and that I wanted to start something that would make a difference in my own life and the lives of others.
HOW DID THE HELP YOU GOT FROM BACD IMPACT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS?
I came across the BACD as I was starting off my latest adventure and quite honestly grew with them as they were a relatively new organization at the time. Teresa has always been someone I leaned on when it came to the one to one sessions, also some of their information sessions have allowed me to continue to sharpen my pencil and grow my business to the next level.
HOW DO YOU MARKET YOUR BUSINESS?
I market my business through social media, networking & educational sessions. At my informational events, business owners are able to interact with me and some of the solutions that I offer to them. They enjoy the fact that we are local, we are caring, and we really do look after their best interests.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO START THEIR OWN BUSINESS?
Do it. Depend on yourself but fall back on your why and passion. Do that one thing really well, and your profits will soar.
