Registration is mandatory for all seminars as seating is limited.  Every attendee needs to register to attend with their individual information.

One ticket for each registration and please do not share registration links with non-registered parties. For security reasons, non-registered attendees may be removed from the meeting. We also ask you to identify your first name in the meeting so that we can confirm your registration. Failure to do so may result in non-admittance.

The Business Advisory Centre Durham reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a seminar due to speaker conflicts or insufficient registration.  Minimum registrant requirements vary.  We strive to let clients know if a course has to be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48hrs or two business days before the event.

If you require accommodation, please notify us by email at least 4 weeks before the event date at

Events will not always be recorded, if they are we may be able to share them depending on the presenter’s permission.  However, if the speaker chooses to share their presentation slides with participants, only those who attended the event will receive a copy following the event.

Late Arrival Policy:
We ask that participants do their best to arrive at least 5 minutes before event start times. Any interruptions can adversely affect both the presenter and fellow attendees. Late arrival to an event may result in non-admittance.

Cancellations/No Shows:
Please note that all our workshops and seminars have limited seating and is very important that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

There are no refunds for reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the event.

As much as we love young children, children under the age of 15 cannot be brought to the workshops, seminars and events that are held in person as it may be disruptive to the speaker and the other participants.
