This program is for you if:

1 Hour — 1:1 Discovery & Goal-Setting Session

This is your kickoff. You and your advisor map out your goals, uncover your challenges, and define the outcomes you want to achieve over the next eight weeks. You leave this meeting with clarity, structure, and a clear roadmap for the work ahead.

12 Hours — Deep-Dive Advisory Sessions (4 sessions × 3 hours each)

These are focused, hands-on working sessions in a group session . You’ll roll up your sleeves with an advisor and tackle the core areas of your business using GrowthWheel tools and decision sheets. Each session moves you forward on the essentials: products and services, marketing and sales, operations, team growth, digital transformation, and profitability. You’ll walk away with decisions made, priorities set, and strategies ready to implement.

1 Hour — 1:1 Follow-Up & Progress Review

After you complete your modules, you’ll reconnect with your advisor to review your GrowthWheel Business Profile, assess your progress, talk through your next steps, and make sure you stay on track. This session wraps everything together and sets you up for momentum long after the program ends.
