What inspired you want to start your own business?
I started my business after a big health scare with a family member. I realized I had this skill after years of working on my health and fitness and I was not serving people at a high level by keeping it to myself.

What value did you get from BACD?
I received massive value on business structure, the importance of organizing accounting, and the value of really having a bulletproof message for your marketing.

Tell us about the growth of your business

• We expanded online and got a space to train our members in person again.
• The online business is bringing in revenue officially which feels amazing and I can see the potential of being able to reach people all across Canada.
• The next step is to build out more systems so eventually, we can hire some new coaches.
