Brennan Dynes
Joint Health
Joint Health, owned by Brennan Dynes is a mobile chiropractic service delivering on‑site care to individuals, families, and workplaces across Durham Region and the GTA. By bringing high‑quality treatment directly to homes and offices, Joint Health removes common barriers like travel time, mobility limitations, and scheduling challenges.
The practice supports clients experiencing:
- Neck and back pain
- Headaches
- Joint stiffness
- Work‑related strain
- General mobility issues
Joint Health is especially impactful for busy professionals, seniors, families, and employees who struggle to fit traditional clinic visits into their routines. The goal is simple: make exceptional chiropractic care accessible, convenient, and aligned with real life.
The vision for Joint Health grew from Brennan’s experience seeing how many people postpone care due to logistical challenges. As a clinician passionate about patient‑centered care, he wanted to build a model that meets patients where they are—literally and figuratively.
Creating his own business allowed Brennan to design a flexible, responsive service that prioritizes accessibility and practicality.
While clinically skilled, Brennan sought guidance in business structure, marketing, systems development, and sustainable growth models. He turned to BACD to gain:
- Clarity on strategic decision‑making
- Support in refining his value proposition
- Tools to build stronger business foundations
- Confidence navigating the entrepreneurial side of healthcare
Through one‑on‑one advisory support and structured programming, Brennan gained:
- Strategic insights for business planning
- Financial and operational guidance
- Marketing support and clearer messaging
- A professional sounding board for decisions
This combination of accountability and expertise helped strengthen Joint Health’s direction and long‑term strategy.
Through joining the Starter Company Plus program (funded by the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade) Brennan was able to shift from simply running a business to actively building and scaling one. He emerged more confident, structured, and intentional in his approach—resulting in a more sustainable and growth‑ready company.
Joint Health has experienced steady expansion across the region. Current growth highlights include:
- Operating a mobile service across Durham Region and the GTA
- Hiring multiple independent contractors
- Increasing patient volume
- Introducing new service offerings
- Forming partnerships for corporate and workplace wellness programs
Brennan plans to continue expanding on‑site care options and scaling corporate wellness services.
Advice for Other Entrepreneurs
“Start with a clear understanding of the problem you’re solving and who you’re solving it for. Don’t underestimate mentorship, community resources, or guidance early on. Be patient, be adaptable, and remember that building a business is a long‑term commitment.”
Running a small business brings both challenges and rewards, but having support from organizations like the BACD helps entrepreneurs gain clarity, perspective, and direction. Joint Health is proud to serve the Durham community, and Brennan is grateful for the resources that help local businesses thrive.
