Her Journey with BACD

Rafia joined BACD’s Summer Company program to get mentorship and guidance on building her business. The Summer Company program is funded by the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade. She learned how to price her services, manage client relationships, and market effectively. The workshops on taxes, bookkeeping, and marketing were game-changers, and hearing other entrepreneurs’ success stories gave her the confidence to grow.

In just two months, Rafia increased her rates to reflect her expertise and began booking more clients through referrals and word of mouth. She’s building strong relationships and delivering consistent, high-quality service that keeps clients coming back.
