In a career that spans over 25 years, Victor worked for law firms (both in Canada and Europe), the European Commission, the Faculty of Law of the University of Brussels, global consulting corporations, the Ontario government, and Ontario Crown agencies. In Canada, he is called to the Bars of Ontario and Saskatchewan. His practice focuses on business and not-for-profit (including charities) law.
