What value did you receive from BACD?

The “you’re not alone, this is normal” is one half of the impact of the BACD work, the other half is the coaching and training we get that reminds us to focus on what’s important in our businesses.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking of starting a business?

Do it do it do it! You’ll learn so much along the way. And there are endless free or affordable resources and tools to help you make it happen! Plus, you might get to support other small businesses along the way who can help you build your business while they grow theirs.

What’s a challenge you’ve overcome that other women entrepreneurs might relate to? Currently pregnant with my first baby and figuring out how to maintain my business and lean on others in a few months when I’m postpartum. I haven’t overcome it yet, but I’m putting some plan As, Bs, and Cs in place.
 
What’s one win — big or small — you’re celebrating right now?
2026 business is feeling flowy! Great clients coming in. Business ideas and plans coming to fruition. 
 
Who or what fuels your motivation as a woman building a business?
A mix of external inspiration from other innovative women + finding intentional time for internal reflection and creativity to bring my own new ideas to the forefront!
