Novus Fine Dining is a Durham Region Catering Company focusing on providing fresh, quality fine dining food to the GTA. Mainly focused on In-home private dining and large catering events, they also sell sauces, desserts, and gourmet meals with delivery within the Durham Region and curbside pickup.
After years of experience working in high-end Restaurants under learned chefs Justin was ambitious to showcase my own work and lead a team providing great service and food to our customers and Novus Fine Dining was born. Business has been going exceptionally well and the assistance BACD provided helped set the future for my business growth as well as provide ideas, clarity and support. The Starter Company program grant and training program was immeasurable to our business.
Our home kitchen is dine safe certified and we have 4 employees.
