I sell handmade polymer clay earrings. Using polymer clay allows for a lot of creativity in design, so the end products are unique for every maker. The material is lightweight and hypoallergenic. My designs are great for anyone who wants to add a bit of colour and flair to their daily look!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed making handmade items and being creative. I wanted to start something of my own that I could expand over the long term. I also wanted to push myself to achieve more, both professionally and personally.
What value did you get from BACD?
For me, the best thing about BACD is the supportive network. There are amazing people who have a wealth of experience, and they are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your goals. I think most entrepreneurs have days when they doubt themselves. This is why it is so important to have mentors and supporters who believe in your vision. It’s also very helpful to be around like-minded people who will keep you motivated!

What advice would you give some who is thinking about starting a business?
Don’t overthink things- analysis paralysis is not your friend. Put your product out there and learn as you go along.
