What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about HR and my goal is to change the narrative about its value and to make owners aware of how important it is to have HR management established early in their businesses.
What helped you when working with BACD and how did it impact you and your business?
The support and advice of the Business Advisors was invaluable. Attending the Business Fundamentals series of workshops as well as participating in the Women’s Entrepreneurship Program really helped me when starting my business.

I am an entrepreneur and am steadily growing my business.
What marketing strategies have been successful for you?
Networking with other business owners and social media posts have been successful in helping me build awareness of my business.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own business?
Do it!! It may seem scary and daunting and challenging but it is worth it. There are a lot of great resources and supports available to guide you. Many people are willing to provide support and assistance, you just need to ask for the help.
