What’s behind your passion? What inspired you to start your own business and why do you do what you do?
I enjoy making things that make others happy, that is one reason why I make items that adhere to various dietary needs. ie: vegan, gluten free, sugar free.

How did the help you got from BACD impact you and your business?
I first came to a general how to start your own business seminar. From there I have had several one on one consultations which have helped me to define what my business is and to focus on what areas need improvement.

How do you market your business and what works in spreading the word?
I currently market my business using Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook. Word of mouth has also been helpful. I have run one ad in a local newspaper.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own business?
I have had a few friends who are interested in starting their own businesses and I have directed all of them to BACD
