It’s that time again – time to review 2022 and plan for an extraordinary 2023!

I am sure you have heard of this famous quote – fail to plan and plan to fail.

It’s harsh, however we spend a lot of time planning parties, weddings etc – why would we not spend as much if not more on planning for business success?

I know it’s sometimes easier to jump right into what’s next instead of taking the time to review what did and did not work in the last year. This reflection is a great opportunity to review what you would like to change for the new year so that you can meet the goals you set for yourself.

I’ve created an in-depth downloadable workbook for you to review and create new goals for 2023.

We mean serious business – as I am sure you do.

You can download it here.

Take some time this month to review 2022 and put in place the plan for a great 2023 that is aligned with your vision.

All it takes is setting goals, intentions and habits. Many top business leaders, speakers, coaches and trainers speak to this, you only need to do a google search to learn more about this.

Two of my favourite books for moving the needle on your business and in building good success habits is Atomic Habits by James Clear and Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. You can change the outcome of your life and business with these two books. The Miracle Morning has sold over 2 million copies and gives you a simple effective step by step process to wake up each day with more energy, motivation and focus.

It has been said that writing down your goals actually means you have a higher chance of achieving them. I went hunting for proof of this study to share the results with you – turns out there was not a study done until Psychology professor Dr. Gail Matthews, at the Dominican University in California, led a study on goal-setting with nearly 270 participants in 2014/ 2015.

The results? You are 42 percent more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down.

42 PERCENT! Now imagine what you could do with 42% more clients, more revenue, more sales? Just by writing down your goals?

You can read more about the study here

The process of writing your goals down helps you get clear on what you want to accomplish and helps you with the motivation and drive to complete the tasks necessary.

If you’d like to do this in a group environment virtually, we do have a workshop coming up on building your business plan for 2023.

Workshop: Jan 11th 930-11am. I hope you can join us.
