You will learn that while some contracts are optional, they are highly recommended, and others are an absolute requirement by law. We will go over client-facing agreements, website protection, hiring and more!

Elena Favaro Viana is the founder of Contracts for Entrepreneurs, a legal template shop offering reliable lawyer drafted contracts for entrepreneurs seeking easy contract solutions. She is also the founding and managing partner of EFV Legal Professional Corporation, a boutique law firm offering corporate and commercial legal services for small business owners, online businesses and entrepreneurs. Elena has built her companies with the mission to professionalize the small business landscape with legal solutions and education to empower entrepreneurs on their business journey.

Prior to founding Contracts for Entrepreneurs and EFV Legal, Elena held esteemed positions at the International Criminal Court in the Hague, and with the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials in Cambodia, on matters of International Criminal Law. Elena earned an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University, The Netherlands, an LL.B. in Law from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom, and a B.A. Hons in Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.

With a home base in Kleinburg, Ontario, Elena has lived in four countries and travelled to 67 countries with the goal of visiting 100 in her lifetime.
