Farzeen Foda is a Human Resources Strategy professional with a passion for building inclusive systems, processes, and policies with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Farzeen leverages her experience in corporate strategy as well as talent acquisition, talent management, and learning & development to help organizations of all sizes craft and sustain effective human capital strategies to drive business outcomes.

In addition to her consulting work, Farzeen contributes to advancing the Human Resources function as a course developer and instructor for a People Analytics course with York University. Farzeen holds a Bachelor of Life Sciences from McMaster University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and is a certified Change Management Practitioner.
