Stellar Seams is a small sewing business, dealing with altering, repairing, and sewing custom clothing for customers in want of products and services that offer quality and creativity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fast fashion has become very popular in recent years, and products are created in bulk so that prices can be kept low. There is little to no care put into each item. I started my business to offer my customers another option for their clothing with someone they can trust.
How has BACD impacted you and your business?
BACD has altered my way of viewing my small business, allowing me to take my failures and mistakes as step stones towards improving things along the way. I have learnt how to find more customers for my business and taking customer criticism as a way to improve. BACD has also given me much training on different marketing options and business operations.
