In the early stage of a particular business, growth is relatively slow as the new company establishes itself.  At some point,customer demand begins to increase and growth increases more rapidly.

Incremental innovations and business improvements allow growth to continue and then accelerate.

Growth isn’t simply limited to the challenges of increasing revenue (although that’s almost always the first step) as other forms of growth must be forecast and managed well – cashflow, advertising, hiring, financing, marketing, diversifying, managing, selling and yes, juggling.
